Today I did well with breakfast and lunch, but was ravenous by dinner time. If I had stuck to my plan for dinner, my calorie intake would have been a few hundred less. Instead, I added some broccoli and tortilla chips to my meal. I ate some carrots after work, but spent more than an hour talking with Thomas in bed, which made me hungry after he left.
Lesson for next time: Eat a carrot snack if you foresee several hours before dinner. I should have eaten some while talking with Thomas or right before he got here.
Also, though I kept the food intake down, I did eat a slice of pizza for lunch. That can't be healthy even though it fit my calorie intake?
