I started out with an A or A+ plan, but at lunch I was so excited to eat I dropped my bowl of home-cooked rice, asparagus, and chicken. The bowl exploded tiny into hundreds of pieces with my food in the midst of it. I ended up having to go to the cafeteria where the alternative to disgusting meat loaf was pizza and fries. I'm still within calorie limits as long as I eat no more than 800 calories for dinner, but it's a B- nutrition day. Sadness.
Breakfast of cereal and carrots is not as fulfililng as one would hope despite the A rating. I end up ravenous and shakey by lunchtime (hence bowl dropping).
Update Later: I went to Garcia's with the BF, but chose a low-carb tortilla with grilled chicken. Today's calorie intake is estimated at below the limit. Yay! I also worked out today. My body is feeling much stronger. I even think my bodily functions are working more effectively (natural sleep urges, menstruation, etc.).
