I've been on maintenance for a few months now. I think I've been doing good. No weight gain. However, the quality of food I've been eating has gone down. I'm now much more open with eating fried foods and bad sauces. So I've decided to come here to keep track of food so I can get back on track with healthy eating. I think I have a healthy metabolism, but one day that may end. So, I need to make sure I'm not going to slide. Exercise has been fairly consistent, with a hike about 4-5 times a week, and weights 2-3 times a week. I would like to start kickboxing, however, to add some more intense exercises. Without the motivation of losing weight, I tend to exercise for fun rather than for the sake of health. As a result, I don't force myself to push my endurance level, and I don't do high intensity exercises often. Kickboxing may offer that.
