Well, we've already decided to go out to Analiese's tomorrow for lunch with the kids. But they have pho and sushi there, so I'm bound to find something healthy, right? I just can't trick myself into thinking I can have a salad (oh the dressing will be so bad for me) or something that looks to be fried. So no chicken teriyaki. A bowl of pho. That's probably the best. The broth will have fat in it, but it's better than eating a giant plate of rice, and suffering through the rest of the night knowing I consumed a weeks worth of calories in one meal. Although... you'd think sushi can't be that bad, but you know it is. I just have to remember this is not treat time. This is having to go out to eat and trying to make the best decision for myself. I can do it. Not like we're off to Pizza Hut or something :o))
So I was 144.6 this morning, so I'm kinda happy :o) That's a total of 8 lbs since Monday, so I'll take it. Now, I'll go up 4-6 over the weekend, but that's still 2 less by Monday than this week, and that's all I hope to do. I don't want to not work out this weekend either, so maybe I'll wii jog. Or hula. That's not so bad, and I like it.
And back to work I go. I love this place. I really do :o)
