			<title>well~ my 3rd new start</title>

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the 3rd time i said here on the about.com&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my new start again&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i really think lose weight is an activities for people who have no life&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i mean, in the past 3 months, i was away of town, went to Europe for my photo solo exhibition.&amp;nbsp; tons of parties and projects going on&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;during the last 3 months, i dun even have enough time to get some sleep, how can i have time to think, to calculate, to cook, to prepare and to aware what i have had eaten and shit like that???&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;well~ after the past 3 months, here am i again, back to my home town, start a new stable life...again.&amp;nbsp; but being wild in the past 3 months, my weight has already been gained for like 5 to 7 pounds&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and i need time to lose those pounds back agin&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;shit&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway, here i come&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;gogogo&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;in Feb 2009.&amp;nbsp; here i go another dieting plan&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Dec 1st -- another new start</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;that was an insane past 3 weeks on my diet and exercise plan&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my diet was&amp;nbsp; off the track.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;past 3 weeks, when my life was completely out of my control~ i stopped dieting planning, stopped exercising for just 2 weeks. and then here i get -- get flu and sick in the 3rd week~~~&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;but now get back to the track,&amp;nbsp; cos i can feel myself getting fat these days and also my health is getting wrost (my stomach hurts, sleeping problems and obviously flu and cold and fever all in one time~)&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>4th week</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;the 4th week~&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i can now run for 5km.&amp;nbsp; that's the best part ever since the diet programme. and i have to keep running in the next 4 weeks to enter my 10km running compeitition at the end of Nov~&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i know i can do that, and can't wait to do that too~&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this week is abit weird cos my weight goes up and down in the past 6 days.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and finally i get 153.5lbs today~&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>3rd week</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;okay~ it's already 21 days&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my lbs doesn't drop alot&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;in the past 3 weeks, i lose total of 2.5lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I knew i did things wrong cos i drunk beer and wines and ate peanuts and big meal last week~&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sometime to have a friday night drinking fun night&amp;nbsp;would&amp;nbsp;obviously ruin the dieting plan~&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sigh~&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>2nd week</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;my weight on my 3rd week is 154lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my last week wasn't good though&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i over-eating for 3 days and didn't go to the gym for 3 days&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and it turns out the outcome -- remind unchange&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;that's fair&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and i know i gotta get back to the diet plan&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>1st week</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;my 1st week past&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i was really good on my 1st week&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i exercise every day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 days power walk and 3 days run. each time not lesser than 30 mins&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and i keep my intake lower than 1550kcal.&amp;nbsp; just one day i ate 2200 kcal. but i finally get the balance in/out put by out for an hour run right after my big dinner that night.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so~ even i tried really hard this week&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i just lost 1 lbs.&amp;nbsp; couldn't believe i move my ass out 7 days, just can get 3500 kcal deficit a week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;well~ i know it takes time. and i started to feel I'm not that easy to feel hungry now. so, i&amp;nbsp;re-entre my eat meter to 1400kcal per day. hopefully can lose more pounds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;p.s. how come some dude can lose 8 pounds a week?&amp;nbsp; that's more than 3500 kcal deficit a DAY. how can he do that? if i need to get 3500kcal deficit a day, i gotta&amp;nbsp;go for run&amp;nbsp;8 and half hours continously -- that's insane!!&lt;/p&gt;
