Today I made a basmati rice crust pizza.
Some forum entries are really starting to jab me in the soul. Especially the pointless ones.
That is all for tonight.
Kisses!

Nutrition Wellness Specializing, here I come :)

It's almost two in the morning and I feel much calmer than my state of being was a couple of hours back. My parents were in a decent mood all day, and then Mom acted in such an odd way when I went to rummel around in the kitchen that I lost my appetite. I waited until nine to go back and lost track of what I hungered for in the first place. Thing is, eating so late is out of my comfort zone and I had planned on taking the day off exercise and toning, since it's fallen into daily habit for me since I have come back from Europe. But I put myself in the position of having to succumb to my compulsive tendencies...and did cardio beginning at midnight after I allowed the food to settle. An hour and a half later, I feel as if I should complete the circle, but I've been feeling so ill today that I can't find the energy to even think twice about another half an hour.
In other news, I have a job interview tomorrow at Nordia, to work as a customer service representative for BellVu Express. Wish me luck.

This place used to be awesome. Even before the additional tweaks were made to the tracking system and exercises more than a year ago, it was a solid place of motivation. You could go check out topics in the forum and click on what interested you and sparked your mind. I just don't understand why people even look at, or moreso RESPOND TO, thread topics which they do not agree with. In the end, it is the people who respond in an angry fashion to underweight teenagers, with problems in dire need of psychological help (maybe as much as those need who are extremely obese), that fuel the growing negativity of Calorie Count these days.
The next time you post your opinion, consciously knowing it will clash with that of the original posters...think about the consequences. Maybe send that person a PRIVATE message instead of setting the stage for the next showing of The Donnellys.
In my opinion, every person has a right to do with their own body as they wish. If you live your life as politically correct as you think it should be led...and others don't happen to do so...well, let them be on their merry way.

Looking at photos from August I realize how damn skinny I've gotten.
I fluctuate between 47-50 kg all the time, yet I get so full quickly if I try to eat more. If I push it, of course I feel like death.
Blah!
School's going well; today is going to be dubbed anthropology day all day long.
But anyways, the point of this is that it's really hit me how different your own perception of yourself can be, in opposition to what other people see/think/believe. Such a harsh contrast. I'm off to freeze some oranges...(yeah, I've picked up some yummy stuff from the forums...) and get some Ben and Jerry's! Mmm.
Mmm Panzanella salad. (serves 5)
