I find myself getting obsessive with calories, and it makes me impatient if I don't see any weight loss. I don't think calorie counting is for me. I just need to focus on movement, and eating healthy and balanced. I want to lose naturally without frustration. Since I have upped my calories...I'm maintaining, but it has only been a week so far. I just want to eat balanced by eating Breakfast, Mid snack, Lunch, mid snack, and dinner. Balanced with whole grains, dairy, fruit, veggies, etc...
So I'm stepping away from here. I'm going to eat food that is good for me with God's strength, and watch the scale!
