			<description>&lt;p&gt;OK so it isnt... I am.&amp;nbsp; What should I do?&amp;nbsp; Force an increase in workout into my schedule?&amp;nbsp; Eat more? Less?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;25yrs&amp;nbsp; 141lbs 1275 cals/day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;work out 3*wk for at least 45 min at gym and take dogs out for at least 45 min/day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Work out is at least 25 cardio and usually around 25 lifting/weight training.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Need encouragement, or kick in the ass</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So this has been a horrendous pms month and the scale said 144 this AM, that's two lbs from my start weight.&amp;nbsp; I was at 138.&amp;nbsp; My eating/work out is on track... I'm chugging water but I'm retaining weight like a freakin cactus.&amp;nbsp; I dont even eat that much sodium???&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've worked out in one way or another every day since Fri.&amp;nbsp; School started back up for me on Mon so I'm a little stressed but this is just....sad.&amp;nbsp; I'm mad and depressed and discouraged and frustrated.&amp;nbsp; What am I doing wrong??&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Scribbling</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;You know how in cartoons when someone is annoyed they have a giant scribble above their head?&amp;nbsp; I have one.&amp;nbsp; A big one.&amp;nbsp; EVERY morning I wake up dehydrated as all crap thus making me feel even WORSE than I already do in the morning.&amp;nbsp; To make matters worse, I did not fall asleep until 2:30 or so.&amp;nbsp; So HELP me if school does not start soon.&amp;nbsp; This always happens.&amp;nbsp; I dont work, school is out...I have insomnia.&amp;nbsp; Its crap... I'm over it&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On a brighter note, we are leaving for Lompoc, then to Monterey...I GET TO SEE THE OTTERS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; OH&amp;nbsp; EM&amp;nbsp; JEE&lt;/p&gt;
