			<description>&lt;p&gt;Had a really busy day today, woke up early and went to the gym. Ran 2 miles to start, lifted and did some core work. My knee is still hurting, it hurts to walk but seems to settle down or not hurt as bad when I am running. Practice was at the Reggie Lewis again today, had to run 1 mile there, and 1 mile back. 4 miles. Did a super set work out of 500's today. Practiced starts afterwards with a 1/2 mile cool down. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Knee is hurting pretty badly today, the weather for running was extremely cold, so I was not able to do a consistent six in the morning like I wanted.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Skipped today's sprint drills and ran on the tredmill and did some rowing at Reggie Lewis instead during practice. Ran 1 mile to practice, 2 miles at practice, and 1 mile back from practice. 4 or 5 in the morning.
