			<title>Days 6 and 7 - Poor eating</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Way over cals and carbs, definitely gained a lot of weight, getting back on track but only have 3 days until my trip leaves.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exercise: none&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Felt sick today, went to the infirmary, took lots of medicine, not really related to carb coutning but was lethargic and tired all day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weigh in this morning: 123.6&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Day 3 no carbs</title>

&lt;p&gt;Carbs: 26&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fiber: 7&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Net carbs: 19&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Work-out: kickboxing, had a little trouble getting through it at the end but she was especially tough.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Monday:&amp;nbsp;jogging warm up (10-15 minutes), 1 hour total body conditioning class, 1/2 hour abs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tuesday: 20 minutes HIIT, 20 minutes jogging&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wednesday: Pilates&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thursday: 20 minutes elliptical, 1 hour lifting, 1 hour hip hop class&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Friday: 20 minutes jogging, 20 minutes HIIT&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Saturday: 20 minute elliptical, 45 minutes lifting&lt;/p&gt;
