I think it is. 157-158 for two weeks now, even though I have been exercising and counting calories the whole time. I have definitely slipped up here and there, but not enough to negate around 50 miles of running. Bodies are so weird.
New plan of attack: higher intensity workouts. The marathon is still ages away so I can focus on getting more toned and worry about longer distances a bit down the road. I am going to try incorporating HIIT 2x/week and see if that helps.
It is so frustrating to look at my weight log and see that I actually logged weights as low as 151-152 less than 2 months ago, and now it seems impossible to even get to 155!
Today is HIIT day #1. I need a stopwatch... I hope Target sells them!
