It's time for me to start this journey and stick to it. No more excuses of this and/or that. Like Nike says, "Just Do It". It's time to start moving and shaking. No more fried chicken, chinese food, or pork bacon. It's time for me to get a healthy life style deployed. So I can pass the knowledge that I learn to my husband and boys.
