I've decided, maybe a little late, that 21 semester hours, plus a 40 hour work week plus a family is maybe a little much over an extended period of time. After homework and supper each night, I have literally zero time to work out. I'm barely maintaining my weight and still struggle with binging/stress eating.
And so, to keep my sanity, I'm focusing on the short 4 weeks left of this semester until I can get my butt in gear. I've only got 30 short pounds left to go to be in a healthy weight range. As soon as I'm done with my last final, I'll be tearing it up at the gym. Not only that, but I'm not taking this many hours next semester. I've already found out this small school I'm going to isn't fond of offering the classes that accounting majors need to graduate, so I'll be here longer than initially planned anyway.
That is A LOT to take on! Almost done this semester and you can start fresh in just a few weeks and get back on track. Maintaining is better than gaining any day! And, like I said if you get too stressed drop me a note, I'm always here to listen! |
