LuckyStar the scale won't budge

Hi,
So I am just starting to get more into this calorie count site and really need some help. I have been doing everything to lose weight: working out, cutting calories, and following reccomendations from the doctor and this site, and the scale just won't budge. I have been stuck in the low 130s since May, and Now it's mid-july. My original goal weight of 120 was supposed to be reached by August 12th, and now when I plug in my numbers calorie count tells me it won't be possible until October 15th!!! Two months behind schedule! I don't know what to do. I have been doing the same thing and my scale won't budge, the lowest I have been was 131, but I think that was a fluke. Are there any reccommendations to help me lose the last 10-13 lbs or any excercises to help me get a stronger core? I don't hate how I look when I stand, but when I sit down, I have no stomach muscles or control, and it is just very unattractive and makes me really self conscious. I was at the pool the other day and just felt really awkward. I want to be able to feel comfortable in my own body, but it seems to be fighting me. What can i do???
