Entry Goal first week

Just started this again. Last time I had success but when back to old habits etc.

My target for this week is no alkohol at weekdays and no sweet snacks.

Also to start running again, goin this week three times 5 walk-5 run -5 walk and form there to build up with one minute running more every week. I have done this before and can and will do it again.

Today I had way too many calories ! But I am determined. I run outside, because I have no treadmill.

The weather is however really cold, but I have the right clothes for this.

So I start again. My son was ill all week and not in school. I had no time to start this the right way. I start today and try not to loook back.
