			<description>&lt;p&gt;As i usually do I have slacked off already.&amp;nbsp; But I'm not going to allow my slackingness to get in my way this time.&amp;nbsp; I'm just going to keep trucking.&amp;nbsp; So I had a bad day or two this is not a quick fix it's a lifetyle change and i don't expect it&amp;nbsp; to happen over night I'm prepaired for a gradual change.&amp;nbsp; God willing I will a happy , health, active young woman again soon!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/lilmamakrystal/234958.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Okay, here we are at day 2.&amp;nbsp; I did buy that scale and weighed in this morning at 162.0.&amp;nbsp; A healthy weight for me is about 135 so that's my goal.&amp;nbsp; 28 lbs doesn't sound like a lot but it makes me unhappy and unhealthy and it will only get worse unless I take some responsibility and do something about it NOW!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/lilmamakrystal/232485.html</comments>

			<title>The beginning</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today I will embark on a journey to a healthier, slimmer me.&amp;nbsp; I have tryed this and many other diets before but I have never stuck to any of them.&amp;nbsp; Now I am finally FED UP!&amp;nbsp; I am so uncomfortable in this body.&amp;nbsp; Something has to be done!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have recently found my way back to the Lord and I will lean on Him to help me through this journey.&amp;nbsp; I don't own a scale so I'm not exactly sure what I weight today but I'm going to go buy one today and I'll do my technical weigh-in in the morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is so hard for me, I think, because I had never been overweight and was always able to eat anything I wanted without consequence until I had my son 6 years ago.&amp;nbsp; Not only have I not lost my baby weight I have added to it.&lt;/p&gt;
