Great day today. Really pushed myself to get all that exercise. I am totally EXHAUSTED though. Looking forward to hubby making me blueberry pancakes with sugar-free syrup for breakfast and a busy day jaunting around town. He's also agreed to make his famous nachos for dinner - ground beef, tomatoes, onion, peppers, oodles of cheese, sour cream, salsa...mmm...I can't wait! It will make all this exercise totally worth it!
Now I have to get to bed as I am starting to get some hunger pains and I won't be able to sleep if they get any worse! I drank another litre of water trying to quiet them down...now I'll be up all night peeing! Great, more exercise! ha ha
