...but it was only Saturday this time.
I cheated BIG TIME on Saturday - not a treat day, but an all out pig fest! I ate anything and everything that I knew I shouldn't eat, drank coolers, scarfed down halloween treats and vachon cakes, had nachos and beer....it was a bit embarrassing now that I think about it...
Saturday: calories in (4600) calories out (1690) = +2910 What was I thinking?
Today I weighed 160.2 lbs...only up 0.4 since Friday. Thank goodness for that! I didn't get up until noon as I was hung over, but I forced myself to get on the elliptical machine for 45 minutes and then did the treadmill for another 45 minutes. Went to the movies nad brought my own Smart Pop and water, though I di have a treat pack of twizzlers (60 cals) and Swedish berries (45 cals)
Sunday: calories in (1562)- calories out (2490) = -928
This week's goals
- 90 minutes of exercise Sun to Friday
- 4 liters of water per day
- 1600 calories per day
- 7 hours of sleep per night
Aaack we had similar Saturdays! Except I didn't even add up what I ate. I literally scarfed things down too! But you've been doing so good with the exercise- I've been reading your posts and I am totally impressed! You'll make up for Saturday, I just know it. |
