Well, I did great today...all my exercise was done by 10 a.m., ate healthy all day. Even made hubby hamburger helper for dinner (he's an HH addict) while I ate a salad with tuna and grated babybel light. It was a yummy salad and I was doing great until the dinner rolls came out of the oven....DROOOOLLLLL!!! I couldn't resist - I ate 3 with Becel Buttery dripping off them (which is REALLY good, BTW) OMG! I made the dough in the breadmaker (Never used one before) and then made rolls for the oven - they were a bit heavy but OH SO GOOD!  I'm glad I only made a dozen!

So, My fat is higher than it should be, but still within the normal range, so I got an A for today! I guess that's not so bad, but the scales are really sensitive lately - I bet I'll be up tomorrow morning from all that bread...hot, fresh bread from the oven ---gggaaaahhhhh...drool...

I'm drooling too! I need to get my bread machine out more often but I have a very hard time controlling myself around fresh, warm from the oven bread. Regular sliced bread I can leave alone but not homemade!

You're doing great on the exercise! You've motivated me to start picking it up a little more. I'm slowly adding more time each day by adding multiple workouts. I'll eventually get back to where I was.
