Entry Eat less... More often!

I've been struggling with dieting and joining CC has forced me to take a closer look at my eating habits.  Although I don't make the best choices as to which foods I eat, my #1 problem is overeating.  I eat a lot.  I eat whatever is put in front of me - regardless of the portion, regardless if I'm hungry, regardless if I'm full... I'll eat it all. 

Plan of action?  Eat more often (to combat the hungry feelings) and be aware of my portion sizes.  Everything gets portioned off on a plate, and half of my meals get put straight away in a container, for later.

1 day down... and I feel full!  I feel full but not bloated, I could get use to this! :)

It really is amazing how much we can eat without even thinking about it! I have been doing this since September, and I have noticed a definite difference in the amount I eat now, and how much I was eating before. And if you had asked me why I had a weight problem, I would have blamed it on a lack of excercise, because "I don't eat that much." Ha!

Thank you!! I read your bio, and our stats/goals seem really similar.  I too am working on getting down from 200+ to about 140ish... somehow in between working working working all the time.
