I was seriously wondering about how much of everything I should be taking in. CC recommends I eat a bit more calories than this, but I still think this is a great guide.

Try this (that is the bare minimum for a small, sedentary woman, you will hit a plateau real quick if you try that. I am 5'5'', 148 lbs, and losing on 15-1700 a day): One of the best tools I've found so far. |
also, check out webmd.coms info. Best wishes! |
I think that is great! The only issue I have with these is that there are so many nutritional components on them, it feels overwhelming to me! (And I am a "chronic dieter" too!) I say, keep it as simple as you can. Count your calories, and make your health motto "Eat food. Mostly plants." |
If there's one thing other than cals I'd monitor, it'd be protein. Especially if you're exercising. Be careful with 1200 cals b/c that's the bare min a woman needs, if you're doing lots of cardio or intense workouts you may want to bump it up a bit. |
I totally agree, 1200 is not enough. CC recommends I eat 1300-1400 a day. Just curious as to how much % fat, carbs, and proteins. |
