I was seriously wondering about how much of everything I should be taking in.  CC recommends I eat a bit more calories than this, but I still think this is a great guide.

Try this (that is the bare minimum for a small, sedentary woman, you will hit a plateau real quick if you try that. I am 5'5'', 148 lbs, and losing on 15-1700 a day):

One of the best tools I've found so far.

I think that is great! The only issue I have with these is that there are so many nutritional components on them, it feels overwhelming to me! (And I am a "chronic dieter" too!) I say, keep it as simple as you can. Count your calories, and make your health motto "Eat food. Mostly plants."

If there's one thing other than cals I'd monitor, it'd be protein.  Especially if you're exercising.  Be careful with 1200 cals b/c that's the bare min a woman needs, if you're doing lots of cardio or intense workouts you may want to bump it up a bit.

I totally agree, 1200 is not enough.  CC recommends I eat 1300-1400 a day.

Just curious as to how much % fat, carbs, and proteins.
