Ok, so i forgot to make a journal entry last week, which i swore i wouldn't do. Think I was a bit frustrated cause i only lost 1.5 lbs that week after adding walking to my life. But then good sense told me ( ok I read it on a forum post) 1.5 lost is better than weight gained and it's so the truth. Then this week "my friend" ( why do i call it that) came to visit so i figured i would not lose any, but today i went to the gym and i am down to 255. That's 11lbs this month... I have broke my goal I set.... YEA i am so happy with myself for sticking with this. And I must add my husband is doing better and is eating healthier too. He is so cute, buys 100 cal snack packs just like me, only i get to eat one as a snack and he eats 2 or 3... but it's still better than eating things I can't eat in front of me. So here's to meeting a goal and now i will set a new one and say i can lose another 5lbs by the end of the month (which i will promptly put back on when i go to vegas in april...)
