			<title>3 pounds flux</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;My weight goes up and down really quickly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bought a 42 waisted short&amp;nbsp;so ashamed- my middle is where most of my weight is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've exercised the last few days it's helping a little.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was able to skip my nap yesterday and managed a restful sleep last night.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would like to really ramp up my exercise&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~start spin and yoga class again&lt;br /&gt;~start hitting the weights&lt;br /&gt;~start steaming and using the sauna again.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Big Day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Big day today.&amp;nbsp; I'm closing on my house.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The house buying process has caused alot of my stress and my emotional eating.&amp;nbsp; I will glad that's it over.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As soon as I close I plan on going to home depot to order everything I will need for the renovation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I'm going home and transfering all of the utilities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After that we are going to go change the locks on the new place and start moving stuff in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It will be nice to have everything totally at one place.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My stress isn't over yet...&amp;nbsp; Next week I have my drivering exam and the auditors are in town for my company.&amp;nbsp; Week after that I have our monthly audit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Everything should calm down after that.&amp;nbsp; I can't wait.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Progressing a little</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today I plan on finishing the paperwork for the new house.&amp;nbsp; That will just leave the actual closing paperwork.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I passed my written test and now have my learners permit.&amp;nbsp; Time to start shopping for a car.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am still 198, but I am getting control of my appetite.&amp;nbsp; I hope to at least be 196 by next week.&lt;/p&gt;
