248.2 - Good!
Today is dog training day.
I hope to be on track for 2lbs by Monday = 247.8; that would be awesome.
Nothing much to say - need to drink coffee, eat, shower and get out the door.
Walked yesterday - need to Update SMART goals

Did ok today Ate some garbage [ a hot dog and a hardees dbl cheesburger] BUT 1653 calories in and supposedly 4090 burned - - - it really wound up being not so bad! Fat - 34.8% (68 grams) |

Forgot this. I thought about you yesturday when I was at the store. There was this little traffic cone that had a saying on it. "support search and rescue, get lost" just hought i would share that. |
Yes, I have seen those --- they are cute unless you are on a real search and a family member sees them - - - then you really don't want anything on your vehicle that could spark negative emotions. |
