			<description>&lt;p&gt;I AM SO MOTIVATED THIS MORNING! I want to reach my goal weight before my birthday next year.&amp;nbsp; I would love to do that for myself.&amp;nbsp; Once I do, I want to focus on toning my body. I want to be fit at 40. I have almost 2 years to do it.&amp;nbsp; I have been overweight, obese and morbidly obese for too long.&amp;nbsp; I am now moderately overweight according to CC and I want that to end! 			<title>Birthday Goal</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;My goal is to be down by my birthday. I have to lose 36 pounds which may equate to being a size 10 by my birthday. I have not been eating right but I have been exercising. I pray that I can get back on track and eat right as well. I really need to log my calories daily to keep myself on track. I pray for success! 			<title>Working Out and Eating right to reach my goal</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am so proud of myself.&amp;nbsp; I have started to incorporate jogging into my workout regiment.&amp;nbsp; If I can stop binge eating at night I might actually reach my goal of 160 pounds by Christmas.&amp;nbsp; I have lost 60 pounds so far and I have 35 pounds to go until I reach my first goal weight.&amp;nbsp; Once I get there I may try to lose an additional 10 to 20 pounds depending on how I look and feel at that time. I turn 40 in 2011 and I want to be fit and fine! I am really trying to live a healthy lifestyle.&amp;nbsp; I pray that it all comes together as it should. I want to get out of size 14 and be in a single digit size.&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't happen then I at least want to be in a size 10.&amp;nbsp; Wish me well!!! good luck to all of you too. 			<title>Time to get started....AGAIN!!!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;font&gt;Well, it is time to get back on track. I have not been doing a good job at counting calories. I have been eating poorly and now I am ready to get the rest of this weight off of me. My 20 year reunion is in 4 months and I need to lose at least 20 more pounds. I have lost 65 thus far, but now I need to lose the rest. I know that I have not been doing right, but today I will get back on track. I love the way I look now too much to revert back to my old ways. Wish me luck. 			<title>hard to get eating under control</title>

Even when i don't want to. However, eating is just not working for me.&amp;nbsp; I am not losing or gaining at this point. However, If i don't do something soon, I will gain.
