Entry South Beach and Abs Diet

   I am making the transition from carbohydrates to more protein.  I still have fruits for the next 5 days.  I have incorporated more ground sirloin patties, ground turkey, chicken breast, and pork loins into my diet.

   I won't know how much weight until August 1.  I am weighing myself every two weeks.

   My goal for this 7 days is to walk for 60 or minutes and lift weights with my dumbells.

   It seems that counting is less important when I am in the South Beach Diet.  For the last 3 days, I have used less than 2,000 and according to my chart I can eat up to 2300.
