			<title>another 2 gone</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I weight in on Sunday morning.&amp;nbsp; I am down 2 more lbs., making it 6 total that I have lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Calorie Count starts from the weight that I started the account with, which I did way back in July.&amp;nbsp; My first attempt, I didn't stick to it &amp;amp; even gained more.&amp;nbsp; So in Calorie Count it is saying that I only lost 1 lb. so far.&amp;nbsp; That's OK, I know what I did.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I know the weight will probably come off slowly.&amp;nbsp; I don't get enough exercise.&amp;nbsp; But any weight loss is better than a gain.&amp;nbsp; If I stick with this, I believe the weight will drop week after week.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I lost some weight!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I weighed in on Sunday morning &amp;amp; was four pounds lighter.&amp;nbsp; I am happy with that!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've got to keep going.&amp;nbsp; I want to wear those smaller sizes and feel better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The hard part is planning and going to the store and making sure I have the right things available.&amp;nbsp; It is something that has to be worked at.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I'm doing OK</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm doing OK and probably the best I can.&amp;nbsp; I'm keeping my calories within the range I should.&amp;nbsp; I haven't been getting enough exercise.&amp;nbsp; I don't know when or how.&amp;nbsp; It rained today and I couldn't walk outside.&amp;nbsp; I worked all day, sat at my desk for most of it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I get home I am so hungry.&amp;nbsp; I get no help with cooking; he doesn't know how.&amp;nbsp; I do not make two dinners.&amp;nbsp; He has to eat it the way I fix it.&amp;nbsp; If he wants something else, he's free to get it, but I'm not fixing it for him.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>In a better frame of mind now</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I had a day off work today.&amp;nbsp; It's amazing what a little time to oneself can do for you.&amp;nbsp; I had time to clean the house, do some shopping, and fix a healthy dinner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Planning and preparing the right type of meals takes time.&amp;nbsp; It is hard when I am working because I get home late.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I'm experiencing a disappointment, but not in weight loss</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I've experienced a major disappointment in life, but this time it has nothing to do with weight loss or gain.&amp;nbsp; It has to do with selling my place &amp;amp; moving, a possibility I was exploring.&amp;nbsp; It cannot happen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will go on with things such as they are.&amp;nbsp; I will be OK.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am eating right and doing calorie count.&amp;nbsp; I still need to get more exercise in when I can.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My life's obstacle right now is this husband I have who has turned into a blood-sucking leach.&amp;nbsp; He isn't working and is constantly bumming money off of me.&amp;nbsp; This is one problem that really needs fixed.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am so glad that I gave those cakes away &amp;amp; didn't buy one back.&amp;nbsp; I made them for the church bazaar.&amp;nbsp; I really wanted one though.&amp;nbsp; Or at least a piece of one.&amp;nbsp; Now they are out of sight - out of mind and that is a good thing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did buy a quart of the chicken &amp;amp; dumplings that my church is famous for.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to allow myself one serving tonight.&amp;nbsp; I counted it in the best I could.&amp;nbsp; Barry will have to eat the rest because I'm not going to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I exercised twice today.&amp;nbsp; I am so out of shape!&amp;nbsp; I've got to gradually keep adding up on my exercise because I know I'm not yet doing enough.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can do this again.&amp;nbsp; I know I can.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I've Got To Do This Again</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I don't know how many times before I've lots weight - too many to count.&amp;nbsp; But I've let it creep up again, to the point that I'm uncomfortable and my clothes don't fit.&amp;nbsp; There's only one choice at this point - get it back off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, I'm getting out all the motivational things I have around the house and using whatever tools and helps I find on the internet.&amp;nbsp; This website that I just found today has already impressed me.&amp;nbsp; It seems easy to use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I know I can get it off; I've done it so many times before.&amp;nbsp; One thing though, I do find losing weight and staying fit seems harder and harder as I get older and older.&amp;nbsp; So young people out there - appreciate what you've got.&lt;/p&gt;
