Aha! So now the real me is creeping in. Getting so that I feel like I know what I'm doing and I've let a couple of days go where I didn't journal my food intake. We all know that leads me to the next step of missing a couple more days and that in turn leads to a fall from grace.
Can't believe I've kept this up for 3 weeks - totally amazes me. But with Dr. L I feel like I want to hear praise from him so I'll try harder this week to keep at it. May be down another lb but don't weigh in till tomorrow.
