So I went 1,100 Calories over my limit on my birthday. Credit a McDonalds milkshake (small) AND A Strawberry Cheesequake Blizzard from DQ, also small.
I am sad, but it was delicious, so I'm half sad and half happy.
I am wondering if I should make up this by doing a deficit today? or if I should spread out a deficit over a few days to recover this 1000 calories and stay on track, or just forget bout it?
