So I fell of the wagon hard. I havn't been tracking my calories or my excercise since early may, when I got my summer job. I havn't gained any "weight" per say, but have fallen from the level of physical conditioning I wanted for myself, and although I am enjoying food again, I feel like I'm falling back into the trap of enjoying food too much. By that I mean only eating foods I enjoy and therefore completely ignoring fruits and vegetables. I make an exception of course when I force down a token banana to justify my craving for McDonald's or have a Booster juice for lunch so I can order pizza for Dinner. I need to cut down, I won't pretend I can elminate these fatty foods from my diet, because I quite honestly can't, not if I want to be honest with myself and treat food as something to enjoy, rather than a chore that keeps me alive. So hopefully I can get back down to going out to eat no more than twice a week, and one dessert per day, that type of thing, and just staying within my calorie limits.
Meaning I can't do the pizza lunch buffet and a booster juice as all my food for a day, and be like satisfied I stayed under my limit, once in a long while is fine, but I do things like this too much. Ah well, at least I havn't gained any weight.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
