I just came back from a one week trip. Starting all over again. I exercised four out of the seven days. But I ate everything in sight. I tried to avoid greasy unhealthy food as much as possible but had way to many snacks. I have yet to weigh myself. Totally dreading the number. I am considering waiting until Sunday but I don't know if I can muster that amount of self-control. My legs feel swollen and puffy from the trip and my running today was pitiful at best. I mostly just walked for 20 mins. At least its a start...
