Well this week... was a week. It was not a great week, it was, however, a week that I tracked data for most of. I went home Friday night and didn't take the computer. So only 4 days, but still I'm tracking. I'm still at 165 lbs.
Lets see... My average intake was 2177 calories a day this week. I was only under 2000 1 day this week. The up shot is that I was busy enough that I always had a deficit. In fact my average deficit was 226. Which means I'm not doing too bad.
My average burn was 2405. So you know I'm keeping busy. ((Do you know how many hours of studying it actually takes to even regester on that dam burn meter?))
I did fail to do any PT, but I did do my yoga. And saddely I also failed to even keep up with my former walking accomplishments. only 2 days of extra walking last week... I had been managing 3. But I shall survive.
The soda rule has been so-so. Most days I have one, but some days I have 2 or none. I think it about evens out but I'm going to keep working on it.
My average cigarette consumption is up, from 12, to 13. I blame stress, but it's still with in acceptable limits so I shall endevor not to worry about it.
My protein intake for the week was at 20%. Still nice and high. I'm ok with that for now.
So this week... exams. Goals stay the same till next time. This weekend I'll see if there isn't anything I'd like to change.
1) Keep intake below 2000 calories.
2) Do PT stretches 3 days a week & yoga once a week.
3) No more then 1 soda a day.
4) No more then 13 cigarettes a day.
5) Protein in take at or above 18%.
Maintenance Goals
No more then 2 glasses of iced tea a day. ( 4 cups) ((A none issue at school. I'm hooked on soda again.))
