Starting over is not easy but here I am again.  After reaching my goal weight and gaining it all back is not an easy thing to live with.  I feel like all that hard work went right out with the baby's bath water.  Oh well back to the drawing board

Well HELLO!!! I have been waiting for you to come visit us again!! BTW - This is Linda, I changed my ID from Corral42 because of the fact that everything I own is corral42 from email accounts to c cards. SO.. It's been a long time! You haven't been around since school let out lady!

I am so happy that you are here to get it back together with us. Most everyone took some time to indulge over the holidays and is up a few pounds. You will get back down in no time. I know you don't  have THAT much to lose to get there! You can do it! Just start slowly, log and do the best you can, that will snowball and you will be back doing great within days!

Good luck Carol! And hey, if you find you are having a hard time, don't forget to come in here and get some support!

Hugs,

Linda

Ps, i missed your giggles !!:)
