I refuse to give up! But this time, I feel especially inspired because I have finally developed some control over my eating habits. It's certainly not perfect, but NEVER have I been so good about not over-eating or snacking all the time or eating at midnight.
The key to my success is a HUGE calendar on my wall showing all the months of this semester. I decided to put up stars for when I ate and excercised well, and now that I can visually SEE how I'm doing, I can remind myself to keep going and feel good about my progress.
So far, I am extraordinarily proud of being able to run a mile in 8:30, and also of being able to fit in my skinny jeans and notice that....they're loose!
I didn't want to write anything on this account for a while because I just sort of dropped off and let everything go. But now that I know I'm really serious (I've been working at it all semester, so a little more than two months now), I feel that I can be more open about the fact that I'm really losing weight this time.
