Entry dinner/movie test
Jan 11 2009 23:15

well,   I went to the movie and dinner tonight.  SCARY STUFF... when you are dieting.  I did great at Chinese,  and I ordered a bottle water at the theater.  I love my coke 1 and I didnt order it.  YA!  Wasn't hard either.  I was so happy being rewarded with weight loss lately,  I wanted to keep going.  So many stories and blogs on cc have motivated me.  I don't feel like I am alone.  So here's to my first dinner/movie hurdle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw "yes man"  It was cute.  I went for my boys.  More for them.  I wanted to see the bride movie also.  I am in need of a chic flick also. I went to the hospital last night "severe back pain"  They gave me a inflamatory shot.  MAN this morning weight was up 3lbs.  Damn.... I guess water weight.  But boy O boy does it look bad to see that.

I saw Yes Man too... I thought it was alright... but I liked Marley & Me a lot better - you should see that one next time!

AH! I am sorry about you having to go to the hospital last night! Have you ever tried natural supplements for back pain? I know sometimes you need medical intervention, but natural supplements sometimes work equally as well as "shots" & "antibiotics".

Don't worry about the 3 pounds weight gain, it is totally water weight and will go away sooner or later - what is more important to focus on is your back!

Thanks,  I am feeling better.  Marley and me made me cry so hard.  My son lost it a couple of times.   I slept for 15 hrs. today. I feel like a million bucks right now.Smile
