Day 52
Finally !! - I am back on the track and ready to go!
I did not have a good week last week..I ate very badly and did not take my blood pressure medicine or diuretics for about 2 weeks..I am so swollen and have really bad indigestion today.
So - I took my medicine and ate a lot more healthy today..I kept my calories low. I expect I will feel pretty bad for about a week while I get the fluid off.
I got on the scales at work today and it said I gained 10 pounds..Rationally, I know that a lot of it is water weight but not all of it.
I am not going to do that again..It is not worth the way I feel today and trying to play catch up from my stupid indulgences last week..You know, I wasn't even enjoying the overeating..I felt bloated and guilty..Definitely not worth it.
