ITS MY BIRTHDAY!

Its official, I am now 30 years old.

Yep today is my birthday.

I for the most part made my birthday goal... we will find out
tonight at WI for sure if I lost that last .8. SInce I wont be much of
a workout person this week, I will have to stay OP very well. Unless I
do some videos here at home.

AND the best gift, was from Sava, she gave me her cold... isnt she so sweet! :)

ANd I finally find out what I am getting from DH, unless he changes his mind.

My mom and dad gave me 100 dollars to Kohls so I can buy more clothes since I am getting rid of a lot.

Weird day

TOday was on odd day for me as in mood wise. I was in a fine mood but when I went to go workout, I started having negative thoughts of my body.

I have not figured out why. I have lost a total of 66+ pounds and feel great. Down to a size 14. I was at a 16 a few months after I had my baby (still wore maternity clothes for a long while).

I have not had bad thoughts of my body in a long time. Running, workingout, and weight watchers had really helped me not only physically but mentally.

The past 3 days my food has been odd, one day I was not hungry hardly at all, then I was really hungry the next morning, but come evening, I made some sloppy joes (or spanish hamberger) and couldnt eat it.

THe only thing I can think of is that I might be getting my period (PCOS so I never really know), so I could just be moody, but I have had my period before without those thoughts.

Wierd Hey?

Anyway, lets hope I think better about myself in the morning!

Check out my free webs site on my profile. Go to photo gallary. I did it in 40:18, not to bad after being sick with the flu 3 days before hand. I wanted to finish in under 40 but I was close and probably would have if I had not been sick.

Now sick with the stomach flu...

I have my 5K race on Saturday and last night I come down with the stomach flu. I feel miserable. My head hurts, gut hurts and I just feel awful.

Now I am nervous for my 5K since I was supposed to run my short run today. I am very frustrated and upset that this had to happen right before my first 5K.

Now i have such a bad attitude and my self esteem has gone down with this.

I am not going to give up, I will run the race but now I am just mad that I probably could have done better if I were not sick.

Just a struggle in life, not weight or workouts

I have been married for almost 5 years. There is a stepson who is 11 and my daughter who is 10 months on saturday.

I love my husband, but sometimes I feel like the passion is gone. I
love so many things, like art and music to running and eating/cooking
great foods.

My husband just seems to live day by day and just not care about the
little or big things. He is happy for the most part where he is.

I am some one who wants to travel and see the world, like I went to
Scotland back in 2002 and just loved it (before my husband), but he
doesnt care for that so much. I know he would go, just not be excited.

I want to go and explore and do different things, I just fear that we
are now on totally different planets. Some days I think, what the heII
was I thinking when i married him. I do love him, I just miss getting
excited.

I have this great guy friend who just gave me his daughters clothes, we
used to talk all night long and work on our art together and just be...
with NO TV at all. My husband would rather watch reruns then talk and
we have only been married since August of 2004... I feel like we are
dieing inside some times...

ANy suggestions, thoughts... HELP

I am back and running

I was so happy on friday. I went out to the gym and although it was on the treadmil, I ran a whole 1.25 miles without stopping. Yes it was slow at 16 minutes but either way I succeeded in time and distance. I proceeded to work out for a total of an hour.

I did it again yesterday but it was a little harder, only could do 1 mile but then I walked a few and then continued my .25 of a mile in running.

I will be taking today off from running and just do a video and then tomorrow I will try it again.

Very excited. I used to run for 30 minutes everyday, I am getting closer to that goal.

Not so good

Not sure what happened but I gaind 1.4 pounds. Not sure if it was the new challange of interval run/walking I did 3 times this weekend or the sodium intake or the eating out (although I did it healthy) 3 times...Feel very frusterated and discouraged.

I thought I did well but in the end I gained and that just does not make since.

But here is a new week so I hope to make it a better one...

Here is what I did this week

So I never eat my weekly points and occasionally I might have a point
or 2 of my activity points (which I usually get on average of 30 per
week in). I also breastfeed but I minused 3 points off that since I am
only feeding her 2-3 times per day.

So This last weekend I ate about 10 weekly points and 2 days worth of my AP's (total of 11 AP) and I got 33 AP's in this week.

BUT I GAINED 1.4 pounds.

I also started doing running intervals 3 times this week, one for 2 for
30 minutes and one at 40 minutes and an interval video from turbo jam
called fat blast for 30 plus a few hours of walking in.

Not sure why I gained.... any advice or thoughts would be helpful!

I had been losing about 2.4 pounds per week.

Harder weekend then thought

So, we planned my stepsons 1th birthday party this weekend at this place called funset Bulivard. Its a place where kids can play lots of games, archaid, lasor tag, mini golf, and so on. The package came with pizza and cake. THe pizza was hard to measure in points. They were little squares, the size of maybe 3x3 inches and some smaller ones from the corners like triangles. I think I had about 5 of the squares and about 3 or 4 triangles. An then I had a small piece of cake. I also had a bananan and peanut butter for breakfast and a smoothie yogert (1pt) as well as a small snack of low fat vanilla wafers and milk.

Then after that we went for dinner at applebees which serves Weight Watchers products and I had 10 points there. I tried to do the best I could as far as points, but I just dont know.

My weekly points of 35 is now down to 28, and thats if I did it correctly.

So now this morning we went to IHOP and I found this Garden Scramble that has egg substitute, veggies and low fat cheese, and 2 butter milk pancakes with low cal syrup. I figure it to be about a total of 15 points. They say its 15 grams of fat or less and 600 cals or less for the food.

But now I have about 26 points for lunch and dinner left and dont really want to go into the stash of weekly points. I already dipped into that yesterday (as far as I can tell), but we are having a cook out for lunch or dinner today and not sure what we are having. I may not eat much for lunch so I might be fine as long as there is not a lot of munchies.
