I started calorie count in 2008, and lost 20lbs! I am 5'8 and got to 150.1 lbs (just above my goal of 149). I've recently been under a lot of stress, and bit depressed. Being an emotional eater i've been binging on sugary treats (like icecream and marshmellow fluff) every time I am alone. I am taking steps to address my current emotional state (why I am depressed), but I am also starting my weight loss journey once again. I gained 5lbs (155lb), and so now I want to lose 10lbs and get to my dream goal weight of 145lbs.
