ok so it's almost the end of day 2. I went shopping today and got measuring cups/spoons, a food scale.
Also i was looking through the workout dvd, and came across The Biggest Loser The workout Cardio MAX. I was able to do the warm up, and 11min of the actual workout. a lot of the jumping stuff i had to moderate, because i'm just not capable of it with all the weight on me, but i can definitely feel it.
I also found a body ball that is made for people under 5ft3 not that was exciting because i like the ball exercises.
So my plan for now is one day of cardio max, one day of ball strength training.
I have a question about food and calories. I only ate like 850 calories today. is that a bad thing. i mean i'm not hungry as i worked out and drank a little water. The thing says for my height and weight i should aim for 1500, which yesterday being day 1 i went way over. I mean i'm not starving myself i'm just not hungry. maybe tomorrow i'll eat more calories, but maybe not.
oh and i found these cute little things called apple bites, it's like 5 or 6 apple slices and grapes and only 44 cals. it was really good while i was at the store cauz i was starving and rather than doing my usual double cheeseburger from mcdonalds after shopping i actually ate something healthy.
lol so it's been an hour since i said above that i wasn't hungry, well now i'm like starving lol. my body is playing tricks with me. I can eat something i checked i'm only at 806 calories for the day, so i'm allowed 400 more, which i will try to stay wayyyy under. i just think it's funny that an hour ago i wasn't hungry and now it just kinda hit me all at once.
Going under 1200 should be a once in a blue moon event. You don't want to train your body to be used to that low as it will slow down your weight loss. Starvation mode is where your body is worried it won't get enough fuel so it slows things down to hold on to as much as possible. You want your body thinking things are going just fine so it will continue to burn your fat stores. |
