what an awesome day out! its low 70's here and its great. yesterday was the same way so I spent most of the day raking, bagging and burning leaves along with putting christmas lights up, even though I will not be turning them on until after thankgiving.
I didnt work out friday because I went to see my friend in the hospital. She had a baby so by time I got home I was ready to just relax.
Ran 2.07miles in 20:20 min = 195 cals
In 13 days is the 5K my son and I are doing. It should be fun. I wonder how cold itll be...last year is was quite cold.
Still eating like crap overall. One day of great eating definately doesnt make up for 3 days of bad eating. ugh! nobodys fault but my own! If I dont want to see t scale or my inches start creeping upward I better get it in control!
