pure cardio day. just as hard as I remember. 35 mins of that then I followed it with 25 min of burn curcuit 1 from CE. 63min=417cals

I ate great today...stayed within my calories and logged everything! ate veggies and fruit along with enough fiber and protein. Why dont I eat like this everyday???

I am waiting to finish my dinner...almost done and then I will just relax and go to bed.

Fantastic that you stuck to your calorie intake plan.  I know that can be hard, especially because you are so active.  Still doing the WW? 

What is 417/2500?  Your deficit and number of calories burned for the day?  I find it really hard to be accurate with my calories burned.  Very confusing!

No I am done with WW. 417 is cal burned so far for the week...2500 is my goal.

I wear a heart monitor (polar f6) and I love it. I know my HR and what Ive burned.
