not so good...

geez oh geez! this week has been horrible for workouts. and I cant say that its been because I have been busy. Yesterday I laid around all day and night and today I pretty much did the same...I did clean the house though and watch my nephew.

hhhhmmmm...

well this is the way I am looking at it...a little over 3 weeks til christmas and a little over 4 weeks til new years eve. I am going to give it my all. I do have a wedding reception on the 12th but nothing that will totally sabatoge me.

One day I want to make my goal. I never get close enough. I feel like i must starve to even lose a little. So my metabolism must totally be screwed up. I got to figure out some way to readjust it. I will be doing some research in what I should do for me. I think that when I give it an honest attempt to eat healthy and with in a good caloric range It still may be a bit too low because one those days I do go into what "maintance" should be the scale moves up 5lbs and stays there. Thank god...I dont feel like that the scale shows.

I dont know...

only did a 5min warm up and then did stage 1 of NROLFW. total 37min=142cals.

I so wished weight lifting burnt more calories because I love seeing the numbers on my HR monitor, however I do know that it so great for you and your body so I am ok with that. Should have done cardio curcuit but Im just kindof bummed (just having a sad day for really no reason) so I am just going to bed.

good night all!

:P week 3 of insanity

week 3 of insanity. did insanity fit test tonight ( do it every 2 weeks to see your endurance improvement hopefully) and then cardio abs. 40 mins=263 cals

cardio abs is crazy...almost all ab work in the v-sit! ( he alls it the c-sit) its tough! you can feel your abs just engaged and burning!

So I will not be making goal this week...I went out last night and boy oh boy! I am definately not in my twenties anymore. I was useless today! And I can not in any way jump around and do insanity!

So a new week starts tomorrow!

so kiddo finished in 32:24 and I was 32:25 so that was awesome! I let him et ahead of me of course. thats what moms do

burned 296 cals

didnt work out last night so I am really lacking on the calorie burn this week.

we have a birthday party to go to in a bit and Ill try to get insanity done after that hopefully.

it was a great one!

So I did pure cardio and then 13 exercises 3 sets 10 reps for some strengthing 59min=411cal Amazingly is was a great workout. I was able to go through Insanity with less breaks, which is great. My endurance is improving. I always have trouble with keeping my core tight while working out...but tonight it all worked! I was focused!

And my previous entry I added my burn so far wrong and fortunately I under credited myself. I am wiped out and going off to bed.

pre 5K trial

I only worked until 3 today and I was able to to go for a run with the kiddo. I pre mapped out a 5k and we did it in 36:11 and 36:18 and that included walking about 2 mins halfway through. I figured we'd be around 35mins. So thats good. He walked the short way home with the dog and I ran about quarter mile more =343cals

we have an open house tonight at his school and he really wants to go so we are going early and then hopefully I will be up for insanity later.

So far....592/2500
