So today, i had a decent breakfast, but once lunch came, it was downhill from there...I had chinese food for lunch, then i had a miller chill beer (only 100 calories)...i hadn't had beer in so long that i actually got a little buzz from it 
For dinner I had roast pork, mashed potatoes and corn..What was i thinking????????....so do you think i stopped there??? no, of course not...While Im keying this entry, I am having a Sam Light Beer (Only 119 calories!).....Anyway atleast i got my cardio in today and burned 300 calories!....
Tomorrow I weigh in so if I don't lose anything for the week, I'll still be satisfied, on the other hand, if i gained, I'll be DEVESTATED!!!
I'll keep my fingers crossed...while I have my beer!

Don't be devastated, you are well on the road to success, because you are trying, and even if you try and don't succeed, you have already been more successful than those who say they are going to do something and never try. THEY have already failed. Keep moving forward in spite of minor set backs. |
