			<description>&lt;p&gt;Completed week 6...Today I had to run 25 mins and I thought I wasn't going to make it...I almost stopped at 21 mins but had to push myself to go the whole 25, the distance was 2.35 miles so I guess I did alright....Next week I'll be running 25 mins the whole week...I hope I get use to it..It is definitely a challenge but i am&amp;nbsp;persevering!...&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/margie83/347453.html</comments>

			<title>Week 5 C25k</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;ok..completed week 5...Yesterday I jogged 20 mins without stopping. By the end of it i was breathing pretty hard but am proud that I was able to do it.&amp;nbsp; By the end of next week I'll be running 28 mins...I can't believe this was possible, but this program is awesome!....4 more weeks to go and i'll be ready to &amp;nbsp;run my&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;first 5k race! 			<title>Week 3 C25k </title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Completed week 3..It was a little more challenging than the previous week..It was&amp;nbsp; 90,90,3 mins, 3mins and then repeat..running 3 minutes when you're not a&amp;nbsp;runner is harder than it seems..Next week i'll be running 5 mins intervals..should be interesting....I am enjoying the challenge though!&lt;/p&gt;
