I can't believe the scale this morning! I've lost about 4 pounds in a week! I have managed to get on the elliptical or get to the gym every day since I "restarted" on New Years Eve. I'm finally over the "hungry hump". Every time I try to cut back on my eating, I go through about 4-5 days of feeling like I'm starving. I'm learning that small healthy snacks are key. This weekend I will be starting a cardio challenge that runs for the next 8 weeks. That coincides perfectly with the Biggest Loser challenge that I'm participating in on the BB.
I weighted-in last night and gained 2, but that's fine considering, the Holidays. The week before the Holidays I had lost 6.2, I couldn't believe the scale either, I know how that feels.
