Not that I was way off track, but the last few days I have been less than "angelic" about what I eat. I found a stash of chocolate and just couldn't leave it alone. Weekends are my downfall. With the rest of the family home and eating whatever they please, I find it very hard to stay under my 1600 cal/day. It doesn't help me that they don't appreciate my healthier meals.
But I was so glad to see that my efforts are still paying off. For weigh-in today, I still managed to lose just over 3 pounds this week. So today I stopped beating myself up over the chocolate and am more motivated than ever to keep at it.
Lesson learned: It's OK to indulge a little, give the craving a nibble every now and then. Just don't go overboard and then throw the towel in. Small steps win the race. It's not a sprint to the goal weight.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
