Entry Rawr!!! need a CHANGE!!

 I've noticed a pattern. I get on calorie count start making healthy decisions lose like two pounds then i get back off of track again.

 

 I dont really have a weight loss diet because i try to stay within a 1200 calorie intake range, im always conscious of what im eating. Lately its been a different story. I think i've been kinda bingeing. When im with my boyfriend i tend to over eat. I should be strong enough to fight that off but when i see him snack i just wanna snack too. I've decided its gonna come to a stop. I weighed myself about 2 days ago and noticed i was back to 159lbs.. i have not been able to get below 150lbs. Im to lazy to excercise so i wanna start walking to burn off some energy, i need to get more active. i want to get into the habit of doing situps and some fat burning arm excercises because my arms are the flabbiest arms i've ever seen.

So I want to get myself into a rountine and although its hard to do with a boyfriend that loves to eat fast food, im going to have to be strong. I hate the way i've been feeling. I've been sleeping over my boyfriends a lot the past couple of weeks and when i come home my parents say i look thinner and idk why because i feel bigger than ever. I hate weighing myself when i know i havent been eating right. Tracking what i eat with calorie count really helps me see and take control of my eating habits.

 

this is so frustrating hopefully it'll work i just wanna lose 30 pounds maybe 20 at least!!!
