Entry Day 4

I didn't work out last night.  It was a busy, busy night.  I came home from work and played on the trampoline with the kiddos before dinner.  We ate then I took Tegan and her best friend Trinity to kingdom kids (church).  Then Tim, Jensen and I went shopping for an outfit to wear this weekend.  I want to look really cute.  I found a couple of shirts that looked ok.  I just hate my tummy.  I am that girl that is really tall has a "smaller" legs and butt but a hefty tummy.  That is something that I really have to work on!!

State exited this a.m. we had no DEFICIENCIES!!!  WOOHOO!!  The downside to that is the boss is getting pizza, pie, and pop for a reward.  We are having that for lunch.  Uggh.  I think I will have one slice of pizza and a small slice of pie.  Then have a light supper.  Maybe a chicken breast and a bag of steamers veggies.  And make sure I work out.  :) I know if I don't let myself have alittle I will be upset about it all day and it might lead to a binge.  I just hope I can stop myself!  I have been known to lurk around the office and eat the left overs! haha god that sounds so pathetic!!

Haha... don't worry.. I would be right there with you. We'd probably be fighting for them!!!

I didn't exercise yesterday either and really wanted to. I don't have the excuse of being really busy though.. I just didn't. So yea.. let's get our butts in gear and exercise tonight!

Ah, another breakroom vulture!!! :)  YEP - guilty here too!  The jumping on the trampoline with Tegan does count as exercise, so you did really well!

Keep up the good work - it helps me to get motivated!

Don't even worry about a slice of pizza and a little slice of pie. Just eat lighter the rest of the day. Remember, this is a long journey and you will come across plenty of pizza and pie along the way. YOu will need to find balance because who can resist pizza every single time, and then again, why should you? You can do it.  Exercise is really the key.

So far so good.  One slice of oh so yummy supreme pizza and half a slice of coconut cream pie.  YUM!  :)  I am full and don't even want seconds!  So just gotta tell myself to STAY outta the breakroom!!

Thank you so much girls.... :)  All of this motivation...I feel like I can really do it again!!
