I am starting to actually log my food and activity on here again. Hopefully I can lose 10 more pounds and tone up. School starts again tomorrow, my last semester of college. Yay!

I found my perfect wedding dress, I think I will post the pictures on here, they are not the best pictures but ...I love my dress. I haven't ordered it yet I want to wait to lose a little more weight.

Oh wedding news, the date is officially October 10, 2009. And, we are not eloping, we are going to have a small family wedding. We are also going to try to buy a house together in May so basically we are going to be really poor. lol

I have managed to get down to 128.5 (woohoo!). My fiancee and I are talking about moving our wedding day up from June 2010 to September 2009, so I am feeling a little pressure to get those last few pounds off. 8 more pounds by September is really no big deal though.

We are thinking about eloping to Italy, so I really want to look my best. I am thinking about buying a new workout video so I can work on my 6 pack and just for toning in general. I have had my eye on the turbo jam aerobic dance videos for months now and I think I am going to buy them as a Christmas present to myself. I have found that workout videos are the only things I really enjoy or stick to, and this one looks like a lot of fun.

Life is pretty good, the stressful part of finals is over and I just have one little presentation to give on Thrusday and then I am done with this semester for good!

I hit 130 finally today, after being up and all over the place after thanksgiving. Its nice to be back where I should be.

I have my physics and chemistry finals next tuesday. Next friday I will be leaving for up north to visit my inlaws for a few days then staying with my parents for another 3 weeks.

Basically thats everything going on in my life. I have been burried in homework and have tons of studying to do, so I have not been on much and probably won't be on too much until January.

anyways, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!

ugh

I survived thanksgiving! Barely that is, I ate way too much and not just on that day for a couple days before and after as well. No weight gain though so thats good.

I saw all my relatives, some of which proceeded to make "comments" about me weight. None of them were especially nice though. My grandma was probably the nicest, who asked if I had lost weight, and after I replied "yes" she asked if I tried to and I said "no" end of conversation. I am not sure why I don't want to tell my family about losing weight. My usual story is "I am a poor college student, I cant afford food" in a attempt to get my dad who I work for to give me a raise.

My dad however decided to call me out in front of my brother accusing me of being anorexic and wanting to get me commited. After I proceeded to shove my face full of food like I always do he assused me of having worms. The thing is he was completely serious! I have only lost maybe 6-8 pounds of the 30 I have lost since I went back to school in septemper. He is just flat out mean to me about my weight, he used to call me fat and now Im anorexic! Its not like I care what he thinks, im just tired of having it thrown in my face everytime I go home especially since I look great!

I just want to scream at them! I want to yell and tell them how hard I have worked and all the willpower and jumping jacks I have done! I want them to know how hard it is, and not get yelled at because they don't think I need to lose weight. I want to, but for some reason I can't.

What I really need to do is go study for my physics test tomorrow.

120 or bust!

I ordered the clothes I promised myself for reaching my goal yesterday. Hopefully they will come next week or the week after. I have never bought clothes online before, other things but never clothing. Hopefully it looks good and fits right when I get it. I feel a little guilty for spending all that money on clothes though. I think its because when I first set out to do this, I really didn't think I would do it so I didn't worry about the rewards so much. I also have much better things I could be spending that money on.

I am excited to get them though, It feels good to have finally reached a goal and I think the clothes will make it all that much more real. I am really starting to focus on my new goal of 120 and now that I have made it all the way to 130 I am sure I can make it to 120. Hopefully tomorrow, I will see a 129 on the scale. I don't think I have ever seen a number in the 120's on my scale before so it would be very exciting.

My fiancee finally got a new job! I don't write much about him on here, but I am so happy for him. He currently has 2 part time jobs as a security officer, and this new job will be a full time position, which is just about a miracle in this economy. His real goal is to be a police officer, he has a 4 year degree and all the extra training but its so hard to get a job right now and very few departments are hiring. This new job will be great for him though, and should help him get some experience.

I DID IT!!! TODAY !!! OFFICIALLY!!! I LOST 30 POUNDS IN JUST UNDER 7 MONTHS!!!!!!!

I DID IT

I DID IT

I DID IT

AND I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD!

I am going to enjoy basking in my current state for a while, and then I will switch back to setting new goals for weight loss and try to lose the last 10 pounds.

Any day now...

Today I am at 130.5 lbs. 29.5 down, .5 to go. I have just about nothing left and I am so excited to hit that 130 mark and make it "official". I cant wait to write that journal entry and I am so close I can taste it!

I am even more excited to make it to the 120's. It seemed like I breezed through the 150's stumbled through the 140's and DRAGGED through the 130's. Being in the 120's will be an exciting milestone that I don't remember ever seeing on my scale in my entire life!

I am excited to do the shopping I promised myself I would do when I hit 130, and I am also really excited to start focusing on my next goal of 125, when I reach that I am getting myself some teeth whitener. My fiancee really wants to take me out to dinner/dancing to celebrate. I am trying to convince him to take me out when we are in thunder bay in a couple weeks (then I can drink) It really sucks being 20 and a half in America especially when all of my friends and boyfriend well over 21. Im sure we will have fun either way though!

i lied!

So that last journal entry I made, total lies apparently! This morning I weighed in at 131!!!! It must have been time of month issues that were not letting me see my weightloss before, but apparently my dieting has been working!

Only 1 pound to go until I have made it to my goal! 29 pounds down, only 1 to go. That feels so good to write. I get my to buy new clothes once I get to 130 too, so I am realllllly excited.

still plugging along

Well I have been working pretty hard on my weightloss plans for the past couple weeks (aside from the ice cream last night) and I really don't have anything to show for it. Its looking like another plateau. Bummer.

Lately I have been working on exercising more, I tried level 3 on my workout video for the first time ever! I have been working on levels 1 and 2 for like 5 months off and on now.

Stress at school is finally starting to settel down a little, its the "calm before the storm," finals are creeping up fast.

I was at 133.5 this morning, up from 133. I don't think much of it though, I drank like a camel the night before (probably almost 2 gallons of water over the course of the afternoon/evening) so im sure it was water. The reasoning behind all that water, it keeps me from eating things.

Hopefully I can get into the 132's in the next couple days, anything under that darn 133 would be fine with me.

The goal is to start losing 1 pound/week. Yesterday I wrote out everything I was going to eat today and I am sticking to it. 1200 calories, I burn at least 1700/day which gives me a minimum deficit of 500/day which is 3500/week which equals 1 pound. If I can stick to my eating plan I should be fine. That 1700 comes from a "sedetary" setting and I do quite a bit of walking so I should be fine.

I am trying to start working on other appearance related issues. I made an appointment with my dermatologist yesterday for my acne. I really want to get my skin cleared up for my wedding. I also want to get some cosmetic dentistry done, I have one tooth that just ruins all my pictures, so hopefully I can get it fixed without spending too much money. Lasik eye surgery is also pretty high on the priority list but I really can't afford that right now.

I think I have decided on a goal weight range of 115-120 to be for my wedding. Hopefully I can make it to that weight before I start dress shopping though, It would be nice to be done with weightloss and just maintain until I get to my wedding.

So, by next Wednesday, 132lbs!
