Today:
Breakfast: Yoghurt, muesli, a plate of papaya and chopped ya pear
Snack: chunk of cheese, milk for cups of tea
Lunch: cold roast lamb salad, glass of white wine
Snacks: 2 boiled eggs (whites), big bowl of stir-fried veges (pumpkin, cabbage, spinach, garlic and red pepper)
Dinner at a Thai restaurant: Lemongrass broth with river prawns and grass mushrooms to start; Thai herbed prawn salad and a side of stir-fried veges in oyster sauce as a main; tried some of Mac's sweet and sour fish fillet with red and yellow capsicums; also stole about 2 tbsp of Mac's dessert - fruit-flavoured tapioca dumplings in hot sweet coconut soup.
Snack: another ya pear.
Total: 1600.
Exercise: today was really a rest day but I did walk into town (15 mins) and also went to the pool - although I didn't swim many laps, probably about 10 and then a whole lot of handstands/mucking round!
Deficit: 300. That's cool. I was planning to take things a little easier, and I did. I thought I'd hit maintenance but the portions at the restaurant were a lot smaller than I thought, so I'm pretty pleased to still score a deficit.

Maybe that's why people that are losing weight get so tired of "eating right". Because they are really just "eating boring". You definitely do not eat boring! Congrats on the pound! *does happy dance!* |
Looks like a good day. :) |
Thanks guys |
Congratulations on the pound lost! Way to go girl! |
